When you really love something, chances are everyone else loves it too. When there is that much love out in the world, things sell out, and when they are gone they are gone - especially vintage. The good news is that we try to create styles that our customers love whenever possible! You can email us at email@example.com and we can reach out personally when and if we are able to get an item we make back in stock! However, vintage is one-of-a-kind. If you love it, you should snatch it up before someone else does.
Can I special order a sold out item?
Have to have it? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the 1) product name, and 2) color/size information. Our team will let you know if we are expecting a reorder of the style or if we are able to special order or make it.
Can my order be gift wrapped?
Possibly! Please leave a note with your order and we will see what we can do. Most small items can be gift wrapped while oversized items cannot.

Can I add an item, change, or cancel my order?
Our team is so fast it's hard to catch packages before they are out the door, but we are always happy to try! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any modification requests. However, we can't cancel orders after 24 hours. Even if we don't catch your order before its on the way, the good news is that items from our Wallflower Signature Collection are available for exchange or store credit.
What's your return policy?
We want nothing more than for you to be happy with your purchase! With that in mind, as a small, independently owned business we can only accept and offer exchanges or store credit on merchandise from our Wallflower Signature Collection. All vintage items, home goods, accessories, lingerie, beauty products, international orders, sample sale items, and sale items over 30% are FINAL SALE
Oh no! My credit card won't go through.
We recommend checking with your credit card's issuing bank to confirm the 1) the billing information, 2) available balance, and 3) any security limitations. They are generally able to locate the problem quickly.
Do you accept gift cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express gift cards. Your gift card may need to be registered in order to be used for online purchases. Check out the information on the back of the card for more details.
My package has been delayed! Can you help speed things along?
The fastest way to resolve delivery issues is to contact USPS directly. Weather and other unavoidable delays can't be helped, but the courier's representatives can assist in other circumstances.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT
